Overview
Experience
In Ghost Recon Wildlands you can have added immersion with both eye tracking and head tracking used in Extended view. Extended view allows you to freely look around on your screen and as your gaze moves it will broaden your field of view which can be very beneficial when spying on your enemies.
Aim at Gaze adds value primarily to gamers with a game controller, making it possible to aim in a way that is as effortless as if you were using a mouse, while at the same time maintaining all the other benefits of having a game controller instead of keyboard and mouse.
Mark at Gaze adds simplicity to marking and targeting your enemies. You simply mark them by looking at them, so you can be ensured that the enemies you've spotted are tagged.
Dynamic HDR is a discreet but neat feature that adjusts the light environment to where you’re looking.
Features
Using an XBOX controller.
Clean UI
You have the option to keep your game clean by making all UI elements transparent and out of focus. Once you look at the UI elements they will come into focus again in no time.
How? All the HUD elements get hidden when you're not looking at them. The elements will get in focus once you look at them again.
Aim at Gaze
Take aim to where your gaze is and then just fine adjust to take that great shot.
How? Push the left trigger [LT] to aim, then fine adjust with the right thumbstick, then shoot with the right trigger [RT].
Dynamic HDR
How about having the light in the game such as the sun blinding you if you look straight at it? This is possible with Dynamic HDR, which we can also call Dynamic Light.
How? Look at the sun and you’ll notice that the light will become stronger if you look straight at it just as in real life. Please note that this feature is discreet.
Auto Pause
When your gaze hasn’t been present within a few seconds on the screen, Auto Pause will kick in and pause the game for you.
Mark at Gaze
What if you could just look at enemies and have them tagged by just having seen them with your eyes instead of using the camera to mark them as seen? With Mark at Gaze you can just look at your enemies, spot them through your binoculars or spot them while flying your drone.
How? Look at the enemy to mark them or bring up your drone with directional pad [UP]. You can also tag enemies by taking out your binoculars with directional pad [DOWN].
Extended view
With the extended view you have a bigger field of view and it works best while spying and tagging your enemies.
How? You simply look up, down, left or right for the camera view to change.
Order wheel integration
The order wheel brings up a bunch of orders that you can give to your team and with this feature you just have to look at the order you’d like to give them and then press [A].
How? Hold in [RB] to bring up the order wheel and then look at the order you’d like to give your team and then press [A] to select it.
Head tracking
Head tracking together with the extended view feature adds to the immersion of looking around. With head tracking you can quickly turn your character’s view into another direction and together with extended view the game knows exactly where you want to bring your focus to.
How? You simply turn your head right and left for the camera view to change.
Head tracking calibration
Center view the camera when using Head tracking.
How? Press [CTRL + F5] to center the camera.
