Our payment options and service providers

If you would like to purchase a Tobii eye tracker from our website, we can offer you a variety of payment options thanks to our payment service providers:

• Stripe, our service provider for orders shipped to Europe and Rest of the World, offers debit or credit card payment options:
  • For Stripe payments, we accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
  • Currently, we do not offer Stripe's services for orders shipped to North America.
  • All transactions in Europe and Rest of the World are managed by Stripe.

• PayPal, our service provider for orders shipped to North America, can be used as a digital wallet (for registered users) and offers debit or credit card payment options (for unregistered guests).
  
  • For PayPal-guest payments, we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Diners Club and Visa.
  • Currently, we do not offer PayPal's services for orders shipped to Europe and Rest of the World.
  • All transactions in North America are managed by PayPal.

After a successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation email to your inbox with the order receipt.

Please note

• Digital wallets like Google Pay or Apple Pay are currently not accepted.
• Since September 2019 a new EU regulation requires a two-factor payment authentication to tackle online fraud and to make online payments more secure. If you want to make an online payment for more than €30, you will need to use a combination of at least two authentication elements, such as:
  • Something you have (mobile phone or a card reader) AND something you know (a PIN or ​a password).
  • Something you have (mobile phone or a card reader) AND something you are (your fingerprint).
  • Something you know (a PIN or a ​password) AND something you are (your fingerprint).
