​​Who ​cover​s​ the cost of customs taxes and duties?

All orders - placed on our website - are shipped with the incoterms DAP (Delivered At Place) from Stockholm, Sweden. Tobii is covering shipping and customs fees for deliveries within the European Union + UK only.

For any locations outside the European Union and the UK, buyers are responsible for paying additional taxes, duties, and/or fees (including customs clearance) charged by the destination country. 
Customs fees are not included in your order total as Tobii has no control over these charges.
