Cancelling my order

If you're quick, you can cancel your order through your dashboard on gaming.tobii.com under Orders. After a few minutes, your order will be processed and you won't be able to cancel it yourself.

If the time has passed and you can no longer cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by submitting a request. In the subject line, please state that you would like to cancel your order so we can prioritize it. Also, please submit your order number in the request. 

You will receive a refund within 14 banking days.
Please note that you can't cancel your order if you have already received a delivery notification.
