Why is my coupon code invalid?

Please always check the related terms and conditions for campaign and coupon usage specifications.

Please note that the coupon codes are related to promotional activities with our partners (streamers, game studios) and therefore we can only offer them for a limited time.

If you get a notification that your coupon code could not be applied to your order:

• Check that no extra space(s) or special character(s) were added.
• It's possible that the promotion has ended and the code is invalid.
• You are trying to add the coupon code to an invalid product.

Good to know

The coupon code usage is tied to the email, and has a usage limit of one (1).
Even if the order failed or was cancelled the usage is counted as 1... but in those cases - our coupon codes have a cooldown period of 60 minutes! You can finish a new order again - without any error - using the same coupon code once this time passed. Of course once you made a proper completed purchase the usage limit kicks in permanently, for that specific email-address.
