Please contact our customer support team - via chat or by submitting a request - as soon as possible as they may be able to change the delivery address before the pick-up time:
- Pick-up time of our shipping carrier is between 14:00 and 15:00 CET.
After the package was shipped (and you already have the tracking information) we can try to re-direct it, by contacting our carrier's agents.
Please note that changing a delivery address after shipping, is possible only within the same country (because of the import documents were already created). And it is highly possible that once the order has left our warehouse our shipping provider will make at least one delivery attempt to the original address before correcting the address.
You, as the Receiver should be notified of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery (via text/email).
Depending on the carrier you may be offered alternative delivery options too.
- With DHL Express, if the DHL On Demand Delivery service is available in your country, you can:
- Get delivery alerts and estimated delivery times via text or email.
- Request to leave the package at a DHL Express Service Point for collection.
- Change the delivery address.
- Change the delivery date.
- Allow to leave package with a neighbor.
- Request a 30-days vacation hold.
- Ask for a delivery without the need for your signature.
Please note that after three failed delivery attempts the shipment will be sent back to the sender or abandoned.
Please be aware that any changes to the delivery may cause delays (1-2 business days)!
