Understanding the recent GameHub UI bug
Recently, some of our GameHub users have encountered an error message reading “Please connect device” and “No Device” on GameHub. We want to reassure you that this is purely a UI bug and does not affect the functionality of GameHub or your device.
Our extensive testing has confirmed that the issue is simply the UI that is erroneously displaying an incorrect message. Despite these misleading messages, rest assured that both GameHub and your devices are functioning perfectly fine.
We are committed to resolving this issue swiftly. Our team is currently working on a hotfix, which we expect to have ready for download by 23 October 2024. This update will be pushed out automatically, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
