Q: Tobii Ghost Twitch Extension causes high CPU usage, why?
A: You need to turn on hardware acceleration on in your browser. Go to your browser settings.

Q: Help, my OBS is dropping frames when I stream and use Tobii Ghost.
A: In the Windows 10 April Update (1803) Microsoft added functionality for Windows Apps to render on different GPUs. This applies to you if you have a computer with the CPU integrated GPU enabled or a laptop with both active. Read more about how you change this here.

Q: Does the extension work on mobile devices or in the Twitch Desktop app?
A: Unfortunately no. Twitch doesn't have support for overlay extensions on mobile devices and in the desktop client app just yet.

Q: Why can't I see the Twitch extension in my stream even though it is activated?
A: We've seen some adblockers causes problem with the extension. Try allowing it and see if it works.

Q: What browsers are supported?
A: Today the Tobii Ghost Twitch Extension runs in Chrome, Opera and Edge.
