Important information about the Flex Mount ⚠️

A while back we received some reports that the metal plate gradually lost its attachment to the Flex Mount. We want to thank everyone that submitted a report as it helped us identify a quality issue that is now being addressed and fixed.

We have also received reports concerning the velcro stickers where it gradually loses grip from certain types of screens. We need to learn more about why this happens with only some screens.
