You will receive a confirmation email to your inbox from Tobii with the order receipt after your payment was accepted. Usually, this happens within minutes, thanks to our payment provider, Stripe.
No order receipt is sent to you in the following cases:

Our payment provider might block payments if the zip code you have entered for your billing address doesn't match the zip code on file with the card-issuing bank; giving you a zip code error.
In these cases, the purchase failed and no order receipt is sent to your inbox until the card's postal code is corrected and the order released for shipment.
In any case, do not hesitate to contact us by submitting a request (please state your order number) if you are missing the confirmation email or if you need any documents related to your order.
