You can check the status of your order if you registered before or during your purchase on our website.
Log in to your dashboard and go to your Order History to see a list of your orders with dates, prices, and the status with additional details and your order confirmation/receipt.
Order status explained
- Failed
The card was declined, incorrect billing address resulted in zip code error. - Pending payment
The transaction is being processed. An order receipt is sent after a successful transaction. - Awaiting shipment
Transaction accepted. The order is waiting to be shipped. - Completed
The order was shipped. The delivery note with the tracking number was sent. - Canceled
The order was canceled directly or by request of the buyer. - Refunded
The order was canceled by request and the buyer receives a refund. - On hold
The order was put on hold while waiting on the transaction or to investigate potential disputes and errors.
