Tobii Experience not downloading from Microsoft Store

Huge bummer here, folks. There is an issue where some cannot download the Tobii Experience app from Microsoft Store. 

This error is most likely happening because you didn’t get the driver via Windows Update yet so try installing it manually. 

For Tobii Eye Tracker 5:

1. Restart the computer.
2. Wait a few minutes while Windows detects the device and downloads Tobii Experience.
   Tobii Experience should start automatically. 

This should fix the issue. 

If it still doesn't work download the driver here and manually install it.

For all other devices
Please visit your manufacturer’s driver page.

For any other errors
Try resetting Microsoft Store by opening up your start menu, type in wsreset, and then press enter. 

Then you can try installing the Tobii Experience app in Microsoft Store again.

If you still have trouble with downloading Tobii Experience from Microsoft Store, there is a way to install the Tobii Experience app without Microsoft Store. If you attempt this, you do so at your own risk.
